Achievements 2010/11

• Over 3,000 volunteers were brokered into over 350 organisations in the city
• 4,500 people made 15,000 contacts for information advice and support to the Disability Information and Advice Centre
• Over 2,000 local people were helped by the Hearing and Sight Centre
• 4,620 attendances for support and advice and over 1,000 workshop attendances at Ridley’s
• 90 people attended the Expert Patients Programme Courses
• Active for Life worked with 650 service users
