Drop in Sessions

New Active for Life Information Drop In

Active for Life are currently hosting a weekly drop in facility to provide information, help and advice to any mental health or learning disability service user, professional and parent / carer.

The drop in will be held every Monday between 12pm and 2pm at Plymouth Guild, Buckwell Street, Plymouth. 

People who attend will have the opportunity to speak to a member of staff or volunteer about:

• Active for Life
• Taster Sessions
• Walking Group
• Healthy Eating
• Fitness & Physical Activity
• Free Weight Check
• Free Pedometer

Feel free to pop in for a cuppa and a chat, we look forward to seeing you.
