Mission Statement

To facilitate and support disabled peoples’ inclusion in society.

Aims

To improve and encourage communication and dialogue towards a greater understanding of disability issues, challenging discrimination and inequalities in Society, particularly the Plymouth area.

Objectives

• To meet every month for discussion, consultation, information exchange, and networking opportunity.
• To initiate working groups who will report back to the DAN.
• To operate an open invitation, not excluding anyone from its discussions.
• The membership is open to individuals, organisations, and representatives of organisations.
• To encourage organisations to send disabled representatives to the meetings.
