Mount Gould Hospital Welfare Benefits Project

Introduction

This project provides Information and Advice about Welfare Benefits for patients and carers at Mount Gould Hospital.  The service is provided to the following wards:

• The Stroke Unit 
• Brunel Lower Ground & Brunel Ground in the Local Care Centre
• PLYM Unit

Patients can be visited while in hospital or when discharged from hospital care. 

Help can be given with completing application forms and assessing patients entitlement to disability benefits.
