Help with Hearing Aids

We give general advice to anyone with a hearing aid or who feels they might need one in the future.

We are able to offer the following services to NHS Hearing Aid users:

Dispensing hearing aid batteries
Retubing hearing aids - The tube which links your hearing aid to the earmould which goes in your ear should be replaced at least once every six months to keep it in good working condition
General support and advice on using and caring for your hearing aid

We work closely with Derriford Hospital's Audiology Department via our 'Hearing Support Visitor' scheme, which provides:

Annual visits to residents with hearing aids in Residential and Nursing Homes throughout Plymouth
