Summer Dance and BBQ July 9th 2010

Ridleys recently held a Summer Dance and BBQ at Stonehouse Creek Leisure and Social Club. This was part funded by “Valuing People Now” who asked us to provide a Relationships event for adults with Learning Disabilities.

The evening was a huge success and many of the 65 people that attended said they had made new friends through the event.

We had a lovely BBQ on the sundeck to start the evening off followed by a session with Attik Dance, who provided the entertainment through a series of fun, easy to follow dance routines which were then put to music.

We have already been asked by some of those who attended to run a similar event next year and hope to be able to do this. Please click here to see a slideshow of photographs from the evening.

Christmas Party 2008

Ridleys 2008 Christmas party was held on Thursday 18th December at Stone house Creek Social Club in Plymouth and was organised by Dave and Paul Gregory-Clements of Gala Bingo. The evening was absolutely fantastic and everyone enjoyed singing dancing and eating the night away. There were many surprises throughout the evening and everyone who comes to Ridleys were given Christmas gifts. Please enjoy looking at the photographs that were taken of the evening.
