The Hearing and Sight Centre is holding an event to promote some of the products and services available to people with a visual impairment. The aim of the day is to raise awareness of the latest technology designed to help blind or visually impaired people get started on their computers through the use of screen reading software, as well as magnification and lighting equipment designed to assist visually impaired people with day to day tasks.
