Generations Together

Generations Together Project Information
Plymouth Generations Together aims to encourage people across generations to work together in a positive way. The benefits of this are shown to be wide and varied; those who participate in activities feel a greater sense of understanding and friendship while at the same time feeling personally valued for their effort and skills; for older groups this often leads to additional physical and mental health improvements and younger people improvements in learning and employment skills are often acknowledged.
Volunteering Opportunities
We have had many exciting volunteering opportunities available within the project including intergenerational choir singing, IT classes, gardening and storytelling plus much more - Photos of our project are now available on ![]()
